| dc.description.abstract | 香港近年面對急速的經濟轉型,職業教育在當中應扮演特定的角色。然而,職業 學校的畢業生在就業、收入、升學機會、課程的質素、社會地位等方面,均面對不少問題。其 實,分析職業教育的發展可以從經濟生產、個人發展、社會整合等三個度向作考慮。在經濟生 產方面,應照顧結構轉型、高科技的政策及改善生活質素的需要。在個人發展方面,應考慮失 業工人的技術調整及自我實現的訴求。在社會整合方面,應關注新移民的融合,照顧弱勢群體 的需要及輔權予工人等課題。面對新的經濟情境,職業教育在含義、結構、課程及財政方面均 需重新定位。(節錄自:中文大學出版社) | - |
