dc.description.abstractThis article reviews the recent development of the career guidance paradigm in Hong Kong. In so doing, the article responds to several global and local factors, drawing evidence from 2 surveys to study perceptions of career guidance educators toward the policy initiatives and schools' initial response in terms of changes in resource and service deployment. The findings provide insights into opportunities for and challenges to betterment of life planning education and career guidance in Hong Kong in the future.-
