Around 50 in-depth interviews were made with teachers and students in the College to examine the effectiveness of using technology, such as e-mail, websites as teaching tools. Through such analysis, we can develop a better understanding on the students' and teachers' perception of their language abilities and effectiveness of using e-mail and websites for teaching.
