Chan Yuen-han (Legislator), Wong Kam-kwok (Senior Deputy Executive Director, Employees Retraining Board), Frederick Mak Kam-wing (Associate Executive Director of the Vocational Training Council) and Michael Tien Puk-sun (member, Taskforce on Employment) are invited to comment on the orientation and effectiveness of present programmes. The government's strategies on resolving the high unemployment rate are also discussed.-
