Caritas Adult and Higher Education Service was founded in 1963. It was renamed to Caritas Community & Higher Education Service, a branch of the Education Division of Caritas - Hong Kong. In the early days, they offered domestic science and secretarial training courses. In 1966, the first adult education centre was set up. Full-time programmes were started in 1969.^[1]
