It was renamed to Caritas Community & Higher Education Service 明愛社區及高等教育服務, a branch of the Education Division of Caritas - Hong Kong. In the early days, they offered domestic science and secretarial training courses. In 1966, the first adult education centre was set up. Full-time programmes were started in 1969.[1]
