Caritas Adult and Higher Education Service 明愛成人及高等教育服務 was founded in 1963. It was renamed to Caritas Community & Higher Education Service 明愛社區及高等教育服務 in 2007, a branch of the Education Division of Caritas - Hong Kong. In the early days, they offered domestic science and secretarial training courses.
