Haking Wong Technical Institute (黃克競工業學院) was established in 1977. It was renamed the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Haking Wong) (香港專業教育學院(黃克競); IVE (Haking Wong)) in 1999. It is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) providing vocational education to post-secondary students.
