Ho Tung Technical School For Girls

Hotung Secondary School (何東中學) is a whole-day government secondary school founded on a donation from Sir Robert Hotung (何東爵士) in 1953[1]. It was located in Causeway Bay. The school was originally named Ho Tung Technical School For Girls (何東女子職業學校). In 1970, the Chinese name was renamed as 何東官立工業女中學. In September 1998, it was renamed as Hotung Secondary School (何東中學).
In the early days of establishment, the school only offers arts, business and cultural subjects. Later, the school also provides physics, chemistry, biology and computing subjects to fulfil the needs of students and increase students' employment opportunities.[2]
