Hong Kong & Kowloon Restaurant and Cafe Workers General Union Vocational School（港九酒樓茶室總工會職業學校）was established by Hong Kong & Kowloon Restaurant and Cafe Workers General Union in 1969. The school was specialised in providing culinary training and was later renamed to Star Chef Management School in 2013.
