The International Culinary Institute (ICI) 國際廚藝學院 is part of the Vocational Training Council, established in 1982. It is one of the strategic initiatives of VTC’s second 8-year Strategic Plan to develop quality manpower in culinary art to sustain Hong Kong’s status as one of the world’s top cities for dining.
