The International Culinary Institute (ICI) (國際廚藝學院) was established in 2014[1]. It is a part of the Vocational Training Council which was established in 1982. It is one of the strategic initiatives of VTC’s second 8-year Strategic Plan to develop quality manpower in culinary art to sustain Hong Kong’s status as one of the world’s top cities for dining.
