Junior Technical School (初級工業學校) was established in 1932. It was Government's first venture into full-time technical education. This secondary school offered four-year course for pre-apprentice training.
In 1950s, the school was renamed to Victoria Technical School (VTS)(維多利亞工業學校). It was changed from a trade school to a secondary technical school.[1]
