Junior Technical School (初級工業學校) was established in 1932. The first Principal was [[White, George]]. It was Government's first venture into full-time technical education. This secondary school offered four-year course for pre-apprentice training.

Junior Technical School (初級工業學校) was established in 1932. The first Principal was White, George. It was Government's first venture into full-time technical education. This secondary school offered four-year course for pre-apprentice training.

In 1950s, the school was renamed Victoria Technical School (VTS)(維多利亞工業學校). It was changed from a trade school to a secondary technical school.[1] In 1997, the school was renamed Tang Shiu Kin Victoria Government Secondary School (鄧肇堅維多利亞官立中學).[2]
