Haking Wong Technical Institute (李惠利工業學院) was established in 1979. It was renamed as the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Lee Wai Lee) (香港專業教育學院(李惠利); IVE (Lee Wai Lee)) in 1999. It is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) providing vocational education to post-secondary students.
