The Maritime Services Training Institute (MSTI) (海事訓練學院), previously known as Seamen’s Training Centre (海員訓練中心), was established in 1988.
[1] Its campus is located at Tai Lam Chung, Tuen Mun. In 2003, the campus was upgraded to Maritime Services Training Institute. It provides courses for secondary school leavers, local and foreign in-service seafarers, and employees of marinerelated and shore-based industries to satisfy the manpower demands and training needs of marine and related fields.
