Scope note
(Qualifications) Abilities aptitudes achievements or other personal characteristics that suit an individual to particular positions or tasks (Competence) The individual's demonstrated capacity to perform i.e. the possession of knowledge skills and personal characteristics needed to satisfy the special demands or requirements of a particular situation.
Individual equip these abilities via specific teaching skills of interacting with students in classrooms, based on the clear definition of the knowledge, skills and attitudes to be acquired.
