The VTC established The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) (香港高等教育科技學院) to provide career-oriented bachelor degree programmes for Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) graduates starting from 2012[1].
