Professor Lim (LIM, David Lin Shu, 林麟書 BSocSc(Birmingham); MA, DPhil(Sussex)) [1] was the president of the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) during 2012-2016. He also was the former Deputy Executive Director, Vocational Training Council between 2001 to 2005. In 1981, he was appointed as Professor, Dean and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Quality Advancement) at Griffith University till 2010. His research interests include economic growth and employment in Vietnam, trade and industrialisation in Southeast Asia, and Quality assurance in higher education in developing countries .[2]
