Chinese Culinary Institute

The Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI) (中華廚藝學院) is a member institution of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) to provide systematic training in Chinese cuisine. The former name was Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCTI), which was established in 2000 at Pok Fu Lam. [1]
