The International Culinary Institute (ICI) 國際廚藝學院 is one of the strategic initiatives of VTC’s second 8-year Strategic Plan to develop quality manpower in culinary art to sustain Hong Kong’s status as one of the world’s top cities for dining. It aims to become a Centre of Excellence in international cuisines which produces specialised human capital for the further development of the culinary and wine related industries in the region. [1]
The programmes encompass top trending international cuisines: European, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and American. Asian cuisines feature Korean, Japanese, Indian and more. [2]
